 Returns

Once a booking is made, if it is subsequently cancelled, a cancellation fee will be charged to the
client according to the following schedule. When a client cancels a booking , a minimum fee of
15% of the booked rate will be charged unless for the following schedule :

(a) When a client cancels a booking within three months of any confirmed date, a fee of 50% of
the booked rate will be charged.

(b) When a client cancels photography within two months of any confirmed date, a fee of 100%
of the booked rate will be charged.

(c) In addition to this cancellation fee, the client will be charged for any expenses already
incurred by Magic Motion Media – India .

Covid19 additional Clause :
• In the present situation due to covid if the event is postponed we will hold the same
package and rates 6 months from the initial confirmed rates. After that the package will
be redesigned based on the rates then. If in the worst-case scenario the event gets
cancelled due to covid scenario and there no event happening we will initiate the refund
in 2-3 months duration on confirmation of cancellation.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially
posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8/378 B , C, -, THEKKILAKATTU

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted
from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you,
may vary.

If you are shipping an item over INR 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping
service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned
item.

We use Razor pay for processing payments. We/Razor pay do not store your card data on their

servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-
DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is

necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase
transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI
Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store
and its service providers.
